Fr/ Delta Cultura est un centre éducatif basé à Tarrafal, sur l'île de Santiago au Cap-Vert.
C'est un espace libre et ouvert qui propose aux enfants de la communauté, différents programmes éducatifs leur permettant de se développer personnellement et académiquement.
C'est un centre sûr où les enfants peuvent venir découvrir et exprimer leurs talents. Le film présente le centre, les différents espaces dédiés à l'éducation, aux pratiques artistiques et sportives, ainsi que les membres de l'équipe et les enfants de la communauté.
En/ Delta Cultura is an education centre based in Tarrafal, on the island of Santiago in Cape Verde.
It is a free and open space that offers different educational programmes to the children of the community that allow them to develop personally and professionally. It is a safe centre where children can come to discover and express their talents.
The film presents the centre, the different spaces dedicated to education, artistic practices and sports, as well as the team members and the children of the community.

Synopsis
Fr/ Le camp deconcentration de Tarrafal est une ancienne prison portugaise construite en 1936, sous le régime dictatorial de Salazar, pour emprisonner dans une première phase, de 1936 à 1956, les antifascistes portugais et dans une seconde phase, de 1962 à 1974, les anticolonialistes d'Angola, de Guinée-Bissau et du Cap-Vert. En 2000, le camp de concentration est devenu le Musée de la Résistance, un espace de mémoire collective transnationale créé pour préserver et perpétuer une partie de la mémoire historique de la période salazariste et de la lutte pour l'indépendance des anciennes colonies portugaises d'Afrique. Le film a été réalisé dans le cadre du programme des volontaires du patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco et du Tarrafal Freedom Camp, dans le but de montrer la valeur universelle du site et son importance internationale dans l'histoire de l'humanité.
En/ The Tarrafal Concentration Camp is a former Portuguese prison, built in 1936, under the dictatorial regime of Salazar, to imprison in a first phase, from 1936 to 1956, Portuguese anti-fascists and in a second phase, from 1962 to 1974, anti-colonialists from Angola, Guinea-Bissau and Cape Verde. In 2000, the Concentration Camp became the Museum of the Resistance, a transnational collective memory space created to preserve and perpetuate part of the historical memory of the Salazar period and the struggle for independence of the former Portuguese colonies in Africa. The film was made within the framework of the Unesco World Heritage Volunteers programme and the Tarrafal Freedom Camp, with the aim of showing the universal value of the site and its international importance in the history of humanity.

Fr/ Des danseur.se.s envahissent une église vide et très vite le lieu disparaît pour laisser place aux corps qui forment un cercle, dans lequel se cache une chose que nous ne pouvons voir, mais que les danseur.se.s au centre nous transmettent puissamment.
En/ Dancers invade an empty church and very quickly the place disappears to make way for bodies that form a circle, in which hides something that we cannot see, but which the dancers in the centre powerfully transmit to us.
